Restaurant Week. 3 Restaurants. 3 Menus. 3 Courses. Aug 10 - 14 Jackson's Steakhouse, The Fish House, and Atlas Oyster House present a five-day culinary celebration offering residents and visitors alike world-class dining at a great value. Each restaurant will offer a chef-selected, three-course dinner menu at $33 per person per restaurant, with chefs from each restaurant nightly showcasing their culinary expertise using the best local and seasonal ingredients. Celebrity Chefs Capture the Fort. Nov. 6. Pensacola Celebrity Chefs will treat guests to classic coastal cuisine in an extraordinary setting – a pre-Civil War fortress along sugar-white sands and emerald waters. The Capture the Fort event will be held at historic Fort Pickens, a unit of Gulf Islands National Seashore, located on the west tip of Santa Rosa Island. Gulf Islands is the largest national seashore in the country. Chefs Jim Shirley of the Fish House, Frank Taylor of Global Grill, Dan Dunn of the Hilton Pensacola Beach Gulf Front, Irv Miller of Jackson’s Steakhouse and Gus Silivos of Skopelos will create modern dishes inspired by old Pensacola recipes.
