Bushwhacker recipe

  1. 1.5 ounces coconut rum
  2. .75 ounces Kahlua or coffee liqueur
  3. .75 ounces dark Crème de Cacao or chocolate liqueur
  4. 2 scoops real vanilla bean vanilla ice cream


Multiply by the number of 12 ounce glasses the blender will hold. Mix all ingredients and blend. Slowly add small amounts of ice and blend until smooth. Depending on the power of the blender's motor, you may need to use a wooden spoon to help keep the ingredients moving as the blender fills up. Take special care not to insert the spoon too far as not to make contact with the blades at the base of the blender.
